Richard Goodall advanced directly to the live rounds of America’s Got Talent after receiving Heidi Klum’s Golden Buzzer. Klum shared her admiration, saying, “I just have a really soft spot for you in my heart.”

Simon Cowell praised Goodall as “one of the most memorable contestants we’ve had in a long time.” While Cowell noted the song choice wasn’t ideal, he added that Goodall “nailed it.”

The live shows for Season 19 bring exciting changes. Quarterfinals will span four weeks, followed by a semifinal round and a two-week finale. This year introduces a live Golden Buzzer during the quarterfinals, allowing each judge to send one act directly to the finals.

Eleven acts perform live weekly, with one advancing via the Golden Buzzer and three others chosen by viewer votes.

Twelve acts will compete in the semifinals, including the four Golden Buzzer winners and the six acts with the highest viewer votes.

During the first quarterfinal round, Judge Sofia Vergara awarded the Golden Buzzer to the Hakuna Matata Acrobats, a Tanzanian group that delivered a breathtaking performance and secured their spot in the finals.

Each viewer can cast up to ten votes per method during each voting period. Don’t miss the chance to support your favorite acts as they compete for the America’s Got Talent crown!
